As the mechanism associated with the dropout time parameter is reactivated whenever
the trigger threshold is crossed, unambiguous triggering can also be obtained for many
complex signals. By contrast, all triggering is suppressed during the hold-off time. The
example nevertheless shows that you can achieve stable triggering. conditions with a
suitable hold-off time, i.e. regular triggering at the same point. But setting a trigger that
occurs at A exclusively is not possible.
it would not be possible to set exclusive triggering at A . But you cannot set a trigger
that occurs exclusively at A.
