4.6.3 SS1 acceptance test
Precondition
The converter is ready for operation.
● The converter signals neither faults nor alarms of the safety functions (r0945[0…7],
r2122[0…7]).
● SS1 is not active (r9734.1 = 0).
Procedure
To perform the acceptance test of the SS1 Basic Function, proceed as follows:
Switch on motor
1. Enter a speed setpoint ≠ 0.
2. Switch on the motor (ON command).
3. Check that the correct motor is running.
Select SS1
1. Select SS1 while the motor is switched on.
Test each configured activation, e.g. via digital inputs and PROFIsafe.
2. In your machine, check the following:
– The motor brakes on the OFF3 ramp.
– SS1 is active (r9734.1 = 1).
– After the p9652 time has expired, the converter signals: "STO is active" (r9734.0 = 1).
Deselect SS1
1. Deselect SS1.
2. Check the following:
– SS1 is not active (r9734.1 = 0).
– The converter signals neither faults nor alarms of the safety functions (r0945[0…7],
r2122[0…7]).
