Software changes in SkyView Software v7.0:
o New: Geo-referenced approach / departure procedure charts and airport
diagrams. See the Dynon Avionics database downloads page for more

download data.
o New: Map Pointer can now select airports, airspace, navigation aids,
waypoints, and other map items. Pop-up information on selected items
minimizes the need to go to info pages. Direct-to and Info buttons act on
selected map items.
o New: Up / Down Timer under MAIN MENU > TOOLS > TIMER. Replaces clock
in top bar when active.
o New: Auto-repeating Fuel Tank Switch Reminder, based on customer-
specified elapsed time or fuel quantity used. Annunciated via audio and
message area alerts. Auto-repeats.
o New: Terrain elevation and difference from aircraft altitude to information
bar that is displayed when using the Map Pointer.
o New: ATC and FSS frequencies added to the NRST list (FAA data only).
o New: MAP ITEMS > AIRSPACE ALTITUDES selection to choose whether
airspace altitudes are displayed on map. Map Pointer can now be used to
highlight and see information about individual airspace segments.
o Improved: Pressing NOSE UP or NOSE DOWN when in ALT HOLD autopilot
mode (expert control scheme only) allows the aircraft to immediately climb
or descend. Initial VS follows the Default Climb / Descent Vertical Speed
settings.
o Improved: "Hold to engage" autopilot engagement method behavior now
annunciates which modes will engage upon release of button.
