Address Resolution Protocol (ARP)
This section describes commands used to configure ARP on the ECN330-
switch.
Table 124 Address Resolution Protocol Commands
7.25.6 arp
This command adds a static entry in the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP)
cache. Use the no form to remove an entry from the cache.
Syntax
arp <ip-address> <hardware-address>
no arp <ip-address>
• ip-address - IP address to map to a specified hardware address.
• hardware-address - Hardware address to map to a specified IP
address. (The format for this address is xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx.)
