Cannot connect using
Secure Shell
• If a connection using SSH fails, the maximum number of
concurrent Telnet/SSH sessions permitted may have been
exceeded. Try connecting again at a later time.
• Be sure the control parameters for the SSH server are properly
configured on the ECN330-switch, and that the SSH client
software is properly configured on the management station.
• Be sure a public key has been generated on the ECN330-
switch and this key exported to the SSH client.
• Be sure an account has been set up on the ECN330-switch for
each SSH user, including user name, authentication level, and
password.
• Be sure the client’s public key has been imported to the
ECN330-switch (if public key authentication is used).
