Precautions for Correct Use
Data with (±) will be applied to [FM], [Ao1], and [Ao2] when [Cd-12], [Cd-22], and [Cd-32] are
01, respectively. If [Cd-12], [Cd-22], and [Cd-32] are 00, respectively, data with (−) is output as
the absolute value with (+).
