Inspection
1) Check there are no liquid leaks through linkages, around
the main cylinder (2), liquid tank (1) or auxiliary cylinder (3);
the later being placed at the left hand side of the sump of
the clutch. If there are leaks, act accordingly or substitute
the faulty piece.
2) Check that tubings have no rubbings with metallic parts which
could induce damages, dents, foldings or wear or tear.
Otherwise, replace.

Liquid level
1) The clutch liquid level must be on the line (A) (MAX) of the
tank (1); otherwise, add up till reaching the maximum level
(MAX).
CAUTION:
Use new recommended clutch liquid.
NOTE:
If liquid was withdrawn from the circuit leading to the
formation of air bubbles, you will have to air purge
after filling.

CAUTION:
The clutch liquid can damage the car enamel. If liquid
fell on the enamel, clean well immediately.

Air purging and substitution of the liquid
• For the substitution of the clutch liquid see 7C-9.
• For air purging of the circuit see 7C-5.
CAUTION:
• Do not use again the spent liquid neither the one
coming from air purging.
• Use always new recommended clutch liquid.
