CABLE SUBSTITUTION
1) As formerly done, lift flooring carpet to have access to par-
king brake lever and disconnect cable.

LEVER SUBSTITUTION
1) Remove lower and central profiles from right door and central
side respectively and lift partly the flooring carpet to have
access to parking brake lever.
2) Disconnect the electric connector from parking brake
activating switch.
3) Take away counter nut of the parking brake cable.
4) Remove parking brake lever fixing screws.
5) Remove pin and remove pin fixing cable to lever.
6) Substitute lever for a new one.
7) Install the other components reversing removal procedures.
8) Once lever is fitted, proceed to adjust the parking brake
(see 5-15).
2) From lower part take away the retention clip and remove pin
fixing cable to cam.
3) Substitute cable for a new one.
4) Install components reversing removal procedures.
5) Once the cable and the lever have been fitted, proceed to
adjust parking brake (see 5-15).
