SPEEDOMETER GEAR BOX REPAIR
Removal
1) Disconnect speedometer cable (see 7D-16).
2) Take out shoe-holder plate (2) retention screws.
3) Remove shoe-holder plate.
4) Take out bush (3) and pinion (4).
6) Take out speedometer casing retention screws (7) from
transfer box.
7) Remove speedometer casing (8).

5) Remove bush (3):
• Control gear (4).
• Interior oil seal (5).
• "O" ring (6).
