Servo steering hydraulic oil (Item 4.7)
(Inspection and oil level)
Inspection
1) Check there are no leaks around the oil tank, hydraulic pump,
steering box and sleeves; otherwise, correct them.
2) Check the worthiness of sleeves and the components of the
servo steering.
Oil Level
To check the hydraulic oil level, proceed as follows:
• Place the vehicle on levelled ground, start the engine at
the idle regimen and align the wheels in straight position.
• Take off filing cap (1), dismount filter (6), measure the mark
the oil leaves on the filter and adjust level if necessary:
- 6cm minimum level.
- 7cm maximum level.
• Mount the filter and cap definitely (see OB-25, item 4.6).
NOTE:
When engine stops, the oil level will increase 1 or 2 cm

Dampers, silent-blocks and springs (Item 4.8)
Inspection
1) Place the vehicle in the pit or hydraulic lifter.
2) Inspect the dampers (1) to check for oil leaks, dents or other
type of damages.
3) Check the worthiness elastic bushings (2) from the fixing
corners in case they show deformation, decompositions,
cracks or pressure lose.
