WATER PUMP
Characteristics
The generator-driving belt activates the centrifugal type water
pump. In its axle it incorporates the hub for coupling of fan.
It is constituted by the following elements :
• Housing (1).
• Fixing nut of bearing (2).
• Driving axle and bearing (3).
• Oil-seal (4).
• Rotor (5).
NOTE:
The water pump does not allow repairs. If anomalies are
detected while running, replace it.

Revision
1) With thickness gauge (B) measure distance (A) between
rotor (1) and internal wall (2). It must be in accordance with
the stated value.
Play (A) between rotor and internal wall:
0.56 ÷ 1.08 mm
2) Check that the body of pump does not have crackings .
Otherwise, replace the pump.
