4) Check the worthiness of the silent blocks (3), springs and
framework to see if rubber is deteriorated, deformed or loose
from the metallic bushing.
5) Check that the metallic ascending tops (5) have no
deformations.
6) Check that the elastic descending tops (4) are sound.
7) Check the tightness of the braces, bolt and damper fixing
nuts.
8) Inspect the springs to see it there are any giving ups or
breakings.
9) On a horizontal and smooth ground, check the levelling of
the vehicle; any spring giving ups or worthless silent blocks
causing the unrevealing of the vehicle.
NOTE:
Correct, repair or substitute the faults or pieces in bad
state detected during the inspection.

Inspection
1) Check the wear of tyres, including the spare wheel , and
adjust the air pressure.
• If air pressure is low, wear of the tyre sets on the external
part of the tyre band.
• If air pressure is too high, wear of the tyre takes place on
the central part of the tyre band.
• If air pressure is right on the front tyres, but there is abnormal
wear (external or internal part of the rolling tyre band); check
the alignment and play of the steering.
NOTE:
• Substitute tyres with abnormal wear and act on the
causes producing them.
• Information on the front wheels alignment and
adjustments can be seen in 3A-3.
