Print head

This menu area is for checking the print heads and the cartridges.

The following message appears if a label is loaded and the printer started:

• if the temperature control is activated and

• no print head is connected or the system cannot detect a print head or

• if no cartridge has been installed.

It should be noted that only the number of print heads set in the menu

"Settings/Label" is checked here. This message also appears if you have

loaded a two-head label but only connected one head.
