4.2.3 IP65 caps on the controller‘s rear side

NOTE

The IP65 caps ensure that the individual contacts are pro-

tected against splash water and dirt.

In the delivery condition all of the sockets have IP65 caps

fitted.

To be able to connect connector cables the IP65 caps

have to be removed from the required sockets

All the non-used sockets installed must be protected by

caps and all cap nuts and traction protection devices must

be tightened safely or secured.

ATTENTION

Any damage resulting from IP65 caps which are not

screw-fastened will not be covered by the guarantee/

warranty.
