Input 3Counter input
Input 3 can be used to increment the counter field in the m600 basic also
via an external trigger (reacts to rising edge) by the preset step size (pal-
let counter). In the counter menu, updating must be set to "Update exter-
nal".
Reset spit timer:
By selecting "Reset spit timer", the external input 3 can be used to reset
the automatic spitting process. The m600 basic reacts to the rising edge.
deactivated
By selecting "deactivated", output 3 is deactivated and is subsequently
inoperable.

Print error
Selecting "Print error" means that input 4 can be used to deactivate the
m600 basic via an external signal (falling edge) (e. g. PLC).
The purpose of this function is to enable the m600 basic to be stopped di-
rectly by a downstream scanner (barcode or OCR) in the production line.
Counter reset
If input 4 is set to "Counter Reset", this counter (pallet counter) is reset
in the loaded label once the input signal is received (reacts to rising edge).

the automatic spitting process. The m600 basic reacts to the rising edge.
NOTE
When the function "Replace cartridge" is called up via in-
put 3, the active printing operation is stopped.
