Restrictions
Label-Designer
The full functionalities of the Label Designer have been designed for the
m600 advanced.
The following restrictions apply for the m600 basic:
• The label should be created on the m600 basic and subsequently be
transferred to a PC via USB stick to be edited using the Label-Designer.
• The label version must be compatible with the m600 (firmware Classic
Version 3.83 - 3.86).
• The fonts which can be selected in the Label Designer are not accepted by
the m600 basic.
• Only labels with max. 2 print heads can be created.
• The label dimensions are limited; see
Chapter 7.5.3.
The following bar codes can be selected in the Label Designer:
•EAN13
•EAN128
• Code128
• Code39
•2/5i
•EAN8
• Datamatrix
•UPC-A
The following functions are not available with the m600 basic:
• Master/slave field
• Variable mode
• Spitting
• Transfer of labels via integrated network function
• Barcode Codabar
• Authorization structure of the users of the m600 advanced
• "editable by Guest"
