The purpose of this data sheet is to document the configuration and set-
tings of your system/labels.
If, for example, configuration files should contain errors or be deleted, you
will be able to use this data sheet to reconstruct the configuration with
your settings.
This data sheet contains the following information:
• System settings
• Print head settings
• Language selection
• Cartridge size and ink type
• Input and output settings
• Connection settings
• Hardware version
• Label settings
• Special features/Miscellaneous
• Print head arrangement
This data sheet is to ensure that you are given better and faster support.
One copy is retained by your field service contact and another copy is re-
tained by the Technical Support team at Wolke. This ensures that we can
gain a quick overview of the system at the customer's and therefore offer
better assistance whenever it is required.
This manual contains two identical data sheets:
The first copy is for entering the actual status of the system after initial
installation. This is normally completed by our field service personnel and
is to be kept in the manual at the customer's.

The second is a master copy! Copies are always required whenever
new settings are made on the system or whenever new labels are created.
The data sheet can only cover the settings for one label. We therefore rec-
ommend that you make enough copies of the data sheet for all the new
labels to be created. The same applies to configuration.
