18.8 Diagnosis
Fault Cause Solution
Speed informa-
tion is not shown
correctly
When the m600 basic is in the OK
mode the diagnosis menu only
shows the speed measured for the
last successful print.
Run a print and watch the speed
indicator in the diagnosis menu.
This is continuously updated dur-
ing printing.
Consumption in
nl per print is giv-
en as 0 in the
diagnosis menu
The opened label was not loaded
by the user.
Load the (changed) label and
press the Start button.
The value for
the measured
cartridge
temperature is
indicated with 0
in each case.
The “Temp. controlled” setting
has been deactivated in the
“Cartridges” menu.
Activate the “Temp. controlled”
setting in the “Cartridges” menu.

Fault Cause Solution
After switching
ON, the m600
basic changes
over to the CE
interface.
The label is invalid. During the m600 basic's booting
process, hold the STOP key
pressed until booting has been
completed.
Then remove the invalid label
from the m600 flash disk.
The installed Firmware version
may be faulty for unknown rea-
sons.
Contact Wolke Service.
No more memory
space available
on the m600
flash disk.
The m600 flash disk is full. Delete labels which are not used!
