Check the o-rings and sealings in the front ear of the balancing device for leaks.

Clean the area at the front ear from contamina-
tion.

Run the robot for some minutes, in order to
move the balancing device piston.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply to the robot
• hydraulic pressure supply to the robot
• air pressure supply to the robot
Before entering the robot working area.

Check the o-rings at the front ear for leakage.4
The o-rings are included in the Main-
tenance kit, bearings and seals
already assembled with sealing
spacers and sealing rings. Art. no. for
the kit is specified in Required material
on page 119.
Replace o-rings if leaks are detected.5
