Inspecting, fork lift device set
Use this procedure to inspect the fork lift device set.

Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

Check the fork lift devices for damage.2
Check attachment screws for deformation and other
type of damage.

Make sure fork lift device set is properly attached.4
Correct tightening torque, fork lift devices:
• 280 Nm
Art. no. is specified in Required
equipment on page 130.
If any damage is detected, the fork lift device and
attachment screws must be replaced!
Correct attachment screws:
• M12x70 quality 12.9 Gleitmo 603 (2 pcs per
additional mechanical stop)
