Optical Accessory Modules
One sliding radius limiter with trumpet flare is located on the left and one on the right side
of the fiber management shelf.
When the cables are properly installed in the fiber management shelf, slack loops will be
formed within the shelf by the movement of the sliding radius limiter with trumpet flare
when the shelf is closed.
Keep fiber-optic cables organized. If you do not use your rack posts for
fiber management, ADVA Optical Networking strongly recommends
using the FMT/1HU.
