Overview
The FD-128D is a rack-mountable, 128-port multiplexer/demultiplexer shelf which can
support C-band channels from #19600 GHz through #19123 GHz. The shelf is used in
128-channel dual fiber point-to-point applications. For this purpose, the muxponder and
demuxponder filters multiplex/demultiplex 128 separate channels into/from the full duplex
signal carried by the network fiber pair.
The shelf supports a fixed 37.5 GHz channel grid and is designed for flexgrid traffic
modules with coherent detection.
