Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in
electrical and electronic equipment" (RoHS).
All necessary measures and actions have been taken in conjunction with suppliers to
ensure that constitutive materials do not include any substance forbidden by the
regulations.
Supplier's Declaration of CE Conformity
With the Declaration of CE Conformity ADVA Optical Networking certifies that on the
basis of their concept and design, the marketed products correspond to the basic safety
and health requirements.
The FSP 3000 C product family is in compliance with the technical specifications as
indicated in the
l Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS);
l Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE);
l Directive 2014/30/EU (EMC);
l Directive 2014/35/EU (LVD); and
l Other European Standards
This declaration will lose its validity if the products are not used for their designated
applications or if changes are made that are not approved by ADVA Optical Networking.
The Declaration of CE Conformity is available as a separate document for each product
release. It will gladly be provided upon request.
