Obtaining an ADVA Optical Networking RMA Number

Obtaining an ADVA Optical Networking RMA
Number
1. Log in with your partner login at: http://www.advaoptical.com.
2. Enter the RMA service call as directed in the web site and save the RRF on your
computer.
3. Fill out the RRF completely.
Without this form and/or any of the requested information ADVA Optical
Networking will not be able to allocate the RMA number.
4. Print out and sign the RRF.
5. Fax the completed and signed RRF to ADVA Optical Networking by fax at +49 (89)
8906 65847. You will be informed of the RMA number allocated.
Upon receiving the RMA number, you will be authorized to ship back the
defective unit to ADVA Optical Networking. The RMA number can then
be used for tracking the status of the request at any time.
