Installing a Module Slot Cover
The slot cover is completely inserted when its faceplate is flush with the faceplates
of the adjacent modules and the shelf panels.
5. When the slot cover is inserted completely, hand tighten the thumb screws to
prevent inadvertent dislodging. Do not overtighten.
6. Repeat this procedure for each slot cover.
7. If necessary, repeat this procedure for each FSP 3000 C shelf.
Install slot covers in all empty slots, including ECM-2, PSM, and traffic
module slots.
