A dirty air filter pad negatively influences cooling efficiency. Replace
dirty air filter pads at least once a year. ADVA Optical Networking
recommends replacing the air filter pad every 90 days. A software
timer is provided reminding filter pad replacement.
When a module needs to be taken out and/or replaced, it is important that this is done as
quickly as possible (<1 min) not to affect the thermal capability.
