sntp anycast client enable
The sntp anycast client enable Global Configuration mode command enables anycast client. To
disable the polling for SNTP broadcast client, use the
no form of this command.
Syntax
sntp anycast client enable
no sntp anycast client enable
This command has no arguments or keywords.

User Guidelines
• Polling time is determined by the sntp client poll timer Global Configuration mode
command.
• Use the
sntp client enable Interface Configuration mode command to enable the SNTP
client on a specific interface.

The sntp client enable Interface Configuration mode command enables the Simple Network Time
Protocol (SNTP) client on an interface. This applies to both receive broadcast and unicast updates.
To disable the SNTP client, use the
no form of this command.
