• Put new O ring (34) on lower rotation axle (19), install it
housing (17) keeping the original plate thickness; apply
specified tightening torque to nuts and block properly with
new fixing plates.
Tightening torque for lower rotation axle fixing nuts:
7 Kg-m (70 Nm)
• Apply recommended grease to lower bearing (18) and fix it
to the lower rotation axle.

• Apply recommended grease to bearing of the upper rotation
axle and place it on the hemisphere; introduce housing
(17) into hemisphere (21), install upper rotation axle (16)
using plates of the original thickness and fix rotation axle
using screws (15) to the specified tightening torque.
Tightening torque for screws fixing upper rotation axle:
7 Kg-m (70 Nm)
Rotation resistance check
• Using dial gauge (A), check that the rotation resistance or
bearings preloading, correspond to the specified value;
otherwise, increase the thickness of plate to reduce
resistance, or decrease it to increase the resistance.
Rotation resistance or rotation axle bearing preloading:
2÷2,5Kg
NOTE:
Once adjusted the rotation resistance or the rotation
axle bearings preloading, block the fixing screws (15)
using blockage plates.
