Assembly of plungers covers
8) Take away sealant from the cavities located between the
back cover (7) and cylinder head (8); fill them with
recommended sealant ref. 790962.
9) Fit new gasket (2) in plungers cover (6). Apply in angles
indicated ( ) at plungers cover ~10 gr. of recommended
sealant ref. 790963; install cover and tighten nuts to the
specified tightening torque.
Tightening torque at nuts in plungers cover:
1 Kg-m (10 Nm)

10) Install camshaft sensor (9) and position adjust the clearence
to the specified measure with nuts (10) and support (11)

NOTE:
When install maintain the parallelism betwen sensor
and inside surface of pulley
Clearence between sensor and camshaft pulley:
0,8 ÷ 1,5 mm
11) Install upper soundproof cover with its nuts tighten moderaty.
Tightenin torque for nuts of upper soundproof cover:
0,5 Kg-m (5 Nm)
12) Fix electroinjectors wire in its yokes, fixing its with support
and install the side soundproof
