• Air inlet hose (22) to intake manifold.
• Electric connection (19) of thermal starter spark plug and
electric connection (21) of electrovalve.
• Linkage (20) and the fuel inlet pipe to thermal starter
electrovalve,
• Water inlet hose to heating (18).
Turbocharger and exhaust manifold removal.
7) Remove or disconnect:
• Hose of air inlet (33) to turbocharger and outlet hose (31).
• Screws (27) connecting first stretch of exhaust pipe to
elbow of gases outlet from turbocharger, braking closing
ring.
• Oil pipe inlet (25) to turbocharger, from connection to
thermocompressor and to cylinders block.
• Turbocharger oil draining pipes (32) from turbocharger and
from cylinders block.
• Thermal screen (28).
• Antisquake to exhaust manifold screw connection (30).
• Nuts (23) connectiing exhaust manifold (24) to cylinder
head.
8) Remove assembly exhaust manifold and turbocharger (26).
NOTE:
If cylinder head is going to be repaired or replaced
remove assembly intake manifold and air inlet (29).
9) Withdraw gaskets from manifolds and clean the coupling
area.

10) Remove turns sensor (34) of camshaft and its support

11) Remove plungers cover (35).
