Assembly
NOTE:
Clean carefully the surfaces of the coupling contacts of
the cylinder head, exhaust collector and turbocompressor.
1) Proceed to assemble reversing the dismantling order paying
attention to the following tasks:
• Assemble new gaskets, washers , gases closing rings and
all the pieces showing any kinds of faults
• Ensamble turbocompressor and exhaust collector fi tting
in between new gasket. Apply specified tightening torque
to nuts.
Tightening torque nuts of the connection
turbocompressor and colector:
2,5 Kg-m (25 Nm)
• Continue assembly applying specified tightening torques.
CAUTION:
Before fitting greasing tube charge turbocompressor
with engine oil.
Tightening torques:
• Nuts of exhaust collector:
2,5 Kg-m (25 Nm)
• Linkages at compressor oil inlet tube:
2,5 Kg-m (25 Nm)
• Oil pressure interruptor switch:
4 Kg-m (40 Nm)
• Oil pressure interruptor switch:
8 Kg-m (80 Nm)
• Screws of connection elbow exhaust gases to
turbocompressor:
2,5 Kg-m (25 Nm)
• Screw connecting takeaway of support metallic
fastening belts to exhaust collector:
3,5 Kg-m (35 Nm)
• Screws at linkage turbo compressor oil draining
tube:
2,5 Kg-m (25 Nm)
• Screw from adaptor to block for turbo compressor oil
draining tube:
4 Kg-m (40 Nm)
