Procedure Use the following steps to access the Dart MicroDrive II unit:
1. Shut down Aquastorm™ system operation.
2. Ensure system power is Off.
3. Remove system front access panels.
4. Unlock and unlatch the low voltage electrical panel doors.
Table Use the following table to set up CheckMate™ conveyor speed:
Procedure Use the following steps to program the Dart MicroDrive II unit and synchronize
the CheckMate™ conveyor speed with the standard conveyor speed:
1. Turn Auqastorm™ system power On.
2. Refer to the Table above and verify all the settings match.
3. Set Item 4 on Page 7 to

1040.
4. Run sample product through the Aquastorm™ system.
5. If sample product moves through the system between the CheckMate™ and
standard conveyors without problem, the Dart MicroDrive II unit setting is
correct.
6. If sample product does not move without problems, adjust Item 4 on Page 7
and repeat Step 5. until product moves without problems.
7. Close and latch low voltage electrical panel.
8. Replace system front access panels.
9. Resume system operation. For detailed information refer to the Aquastorm
200™ or Aquastorm 100™ Programming and Operation Manual.
