Resume System Operation
Introduction After all maintenance procedures are complete, reassemble the machine and
resume system operation.
Photograph Figure 11–23 shows a ball valve handle in the full On position, parallel to the
plumbing line.

Procedure Reassemble the machine as follows:
1. Ensure all preventive maintenance procedures are complete and nozzles have
been replaced and securely connected.
2. At the front of the machine, replace the wash or rinse module splash shield
and latch it into place.
3. Close the wash or rinse module front window.
4. At the rear of the machine, turn the water On/Off valve to the On position,
parallel to the plumbing.
5. Replace the rear machine panels covering the wash or rinse module where the
Hurricane Jet™ nozzle is installed.
6. Perform Lock-Out Tag-Out steps. See Lock-Out Tag-Out on page 10.
7. Turn system power On.
8. Resume Aqauastorm™ system operation. For detailed information refer to the
Aquastorm 200™ or Aquastorm 100™ Programming and Operation Manual.
