Configure Flow Rates
Introduction The viscosity of the detergent, input water pressure, and the injector nozzle used
determine detergent injection flow rates. For concentrations greater than those
available with standard nozzles, contact Electrovert for information and
quotations.
Safety To ensure personal safety and avoid equipment damage observe the following:
ATTENTION
The injector housing ships from the factory with #16 brass bushing installed in
the injector housing. This size is adequate for most applications under variable
pressure:

Basic injector features include:
• Automatic liquid detergent feed assembly with a stainless steel input filter.
• Metering screw for flow adjustment.
• Input line includes three (3) size nozzle bushings, numbers 16, 17, and 18
that offer a variety of flow rates based on detergent properties and water
pressure.
