Functional Description
Introduction When operating an Aquastorm™ system in an in-line conveyor production
configuration, the Angle Adjust Inlet Conveyor allows in-line, direct feed
capabilities immediately following automatic wave soldering or reflow soldering
processes. The inlet conveyor height adjusts to match the exit conveyor of the
previous machine in the in-line production environment. The Extended Exit End
Conveyor provides direct feed capabilities to move product efficiently into the
next process in the in-line production environment.
Diagram Figure 6–1 displays an optional 609.6 mm (24 in.) wide angel adjust entrance
end conveyor option and Figure 6–2 shows an optional 609.6 mm (24 in.) wide
extended exit end conveyor:
