Resume System Operation
Introduction When preventive maintenance procedures are complete, prepare the system to
resume operation.
Safety To ensure personal safety and avoid equipment damage observe the following:
CAUTION
Failure to properly latch and tighten the bag filter lid in place can result in damage
to the equipment and excessive water leakage.
Procedure Use the following steps to close the machine and prepare for operation:
1. Ensure the mesh basket and felt bag filter are properly inserted into the bag
filter cylinder.
2. Ensure cylinder o-ring is free of cuts, cracks, or breaks. Replace if necessary
and ensure o-ring is in place on top of the cylinder.
3. Ensure the cylinder lid and lock ring are in place and securely latched.
4. Close the bag filter access door on the top of the Aquastorm™ system.
5. Replace any front or rear system panels removed during preventive mainte-
nance.
6. Remove Lock Out/Tag Out tags. See Remove Lock-Out Tag Out Devices on
page 16.
7. Turn system power On.
8. Resume system operation. For detailed information refer to the Aquastorm
200™ or Aquastorm 100™ Programming and Operation Guide.
