Functional Description
Overview
Introduction The Myron L 753 type resistivity meter displays an accurate digital readout of
resistivity levels. The readout covers a resistivity range of 0-18 Meg Ohms (MΩ)
for incoming water in the Final Rinse.
As water and chemistries flow through the incoming final rinse plumbing, the
probe senses the water resistivity level. Resistivity values display on the control
panel LCD and are continuously monitored by the probe. The Aquastorm™ system
main screen displays the pH level set point and the actual reading. The operator
periodically checks the resistivity display to ensure final rinse water remains
within the specific resistivity range.
If necessary, high/low level set point deviations can be configured for the
resistivity level. This set point information can also be configured to initiate an
alarm condition.

below the prewash module of an Aquastorm 100™ or Aquastorm 90™ system.
