Lubricate Conveyor Drive Shaft Bearing Blocks
Introduction The standard conveyor drive shaft is located at the exit end of all Aquastorm™
systems.The conveyor drive shaft contains bearing blocks. Each bearing block
contains grease fittings that require quarterly maintenance.
Photographs Figure 6–22 shows the conveyor drive shaft front view, polypropylene access
screen, and indicates the grease point.

Tools and Materials Use the following tools and materials:
Magna-Lube™ G high temperature lubricant
Phillips screwdriver
Procedure Use the following steps to access the front conveyor drive shaft grease point:
1. Shut down Aquastorm™ system operation.
2. Ensure system power is Off.
3. Open the sound enclosure front storage door.
4. Use a phillips screwdriver to loosen the access screen mounting screws.
5. Remove the two (2) top mounting screws and the lower left mounting screw
to access the front conveyor drive shaft bearing block.
6. Use the high temperature lubricant and grease the bearing block.
7. Replace the polypropylene access screen and secure it in place with a phillips
screwdriver.
8. Close the sound enclosure front storage door.
