Lubricate Conveyor Turn Shaft Bearing Blocks

Tools and Materials Use the following tools and materials:
• Magna-Lube™ G high temperature lubricant
• 17 mm wrench
• 17 mm socket
Procedure Use the following steps to access the exit end conveyor grease points:
1. Shut down Aquastorm™ system operation.
2. Ensure system power is Off.
3. Place a 17 mm socket under the safety cover onto the mounting nut.
4. Use a 17 mm wrench to loosen the safety cover mounting bolt.
5. Remove the nut and bolt and set aside.
6. Lift the safety cover off of the conveyor bracket.
7. Use the high temperature lubricant to grease the front and rear conveyor turn
shaft bearing blocks identified in Figure 6–20 and Figure 6–21 on page 111.
8. Replace the safety cover and secure it in place with the nut and bolt removed
in Step 5.
