Add-On Dryer Specifications
Introduction Aquastorm 100™ and Aquastorm 200™ systems can add a single drying module
or a dual drying module to enhance drying capabilities.The single drying module is
referred to as Dryer #3. The dual drying package includes Dryer #3 and Dryer #4.
Aquastorm 90™ systems can add a single drying module. The configuration must
match Dryer #2 specifications and is referred to as Dryer #2.
Exhaust Requirements Each dryer module configuration requires one (1) additional and separate exhaust
port connection rated at 34 M

/min. @ 2.5 cm (1200 cfm).
Dryer Module Options All dryer modules can add or upgrade to the following specifications:
• Replace standard 7.5 HP blower with a 10 HP high velocity centrifugal blower
• Replace the standard tubular stainless steel airknives with Electrosonic™
airknives:
Two (2) adjustable upper Electrosonic™ airknives
One (1) lower fixed Electrosonic™ airknife.
• Add a blower failure detection system to identify blower motor failure, blower
belt failure, or clogged airknives.
• Add the Compressed Air Technology (CAT) flexible air nozzle system and an
automatic standby photocell.
• Install slide-out blower access to make repair and maintenance access easier
