Conveyor Wire Belt Set Up
Introduction Perform this procedure if the Aquastorm 200™ or Aquastorm 100™ system
ordered includes the optional inlet conveyor extension. It is recommended that at
least two (2) people perform this installation.
Ensure the inlet conveyor extension option is properly installed prior to installing
the conveyor wire belt. See Inlet Conveyor Extension Installation on page 80.
Also ensure that the optional photocell, if ordered, is installed and properly
working prior to installing the conveyor wire belt.
Safety To ensure personal safety and avoid equipment damage observe the following:
ATTENTION
If your system is not configured with the Optional Inlet Conveyor Extension, the
conveyor wire belt is NOT removed from the system for shipment, therefore it is
not necessary to perform this procedure.
Entanglement Hazard
All moving parts of the Aquastorm system, including pulleys, sprockets, chains,
and the conveyor represent potential hazards. Use caution and avoid having
hands or fingers caught in any moving mechanism. Long hair, jewelry, and other
parts of loose attire could be caught in moving mechanisms and cause injury.
ATTENTION
To pull the wire belt through the system, reach inside the window port of each
stage and pull the wire belt through each section.
