Lubricate CheckMate™ Drive Shaft Bearing Blocks
Introduction The CheckMate™ conveyor drive motor is located in the rear prewash section at
the entrance end of all Aquastorm™ systems.The CheckMate™ conveyor drive
shaft contains bearing blocks. Each bearing block contains grease fittings that
require quarterly maintenance.

29 shows the CheckMate™ conveyor drive shaft entrance end view and indicates
the grease point.
