Tools and Materials Use the following tools and materials:
• Magna-Lube™ G high temperature lubricant
• Phillips screwdriver
Procedure Use the following steps to access the CheckMate™ conveyor grease points:
1. Shut down Aquastorm™ system operation.
2. Ensure system power is Off.
3. Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the system entrance end safety cover.
4. Use the high temperature lubricant and grease the front CheckMate™ drive
shaft bearing block.
5. Replace the system entrance end safety cover and secure it in place with a
phillips screwdriver.
