Verify Flow Meter Connections
Introduction Once installed, it is necessary to ensure all plumbing connections are tight.
Safety To ensure personal safety and avoid equipment damage observe the following:
ATTENTION
A qualified maintenance person with plumbing experience should install the flow
meter.
Procedure Use the following steps to verify flow meter mounting pipe connections:
1. Remove Lock Out/Tag Out tags.
2. Turn system power On.
3. Turn the final rinse and wash/prewash modules On and then Off.
4. Check around the quick release clamps and pipes to ensure a tight fit and no
leaks.
5. If leaks are discovered, ensure the wash/prewash modules are turned Off
6. Check the pipe connections, Teflon® gaskets, and quick release clamps for
proper connection.
7. If necessary, repeat Step 3. and check again for leaks.
8. If no leaks are found, or leaks have been taken care of, replace the system
rear panels.
9. Resume system operation. For detailed information refer to the Aquastorm
200™ or Aquastorm 90™ and 100™ Operation Manual.
