Resistivity Meter
Final Rinse Water
Introduction The resistivity meter displays an accurate digital readout of resistivity levels. The
readout covers a resistivity range of 0-18 Meg Ohms (M) for incoming water in
the Final Rinse. Resistivity displays on the control panel LCD. The user can
program resistivity high and low level alarms as required.

Inlet Water Many customers plumb Deionized (DI) water to the final rinse module of
Aquastorm™ systems. A separate source of DI water must be maintained in the
facility and plumbed to the final rinse module.
