Detergent Injection
Saponifiers
Introduction This option is only available for use on Aquastorm 200™ systems and operates
best when the chemical isolation module is installed and active. The detergent
injector automatically supplies a predetermined amount of saponifier to the wash
water each time the tank is filled from an empty state or when water is added to
the tank to maintain the operating level.
The customer is responsible to evaluate the various saponifiers and choose what
best suits their process. The customer is further responsible for the storage,
disposal, and environmental safety of the chemicals used.

ATTENTION
The chemicals and cleaning agents recommended for use with Aquastorm™
systems are not products of Electrovert. Refer to the specific chemical
manufacturer Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for specific use, handling, and
safety procedures for chemical and cleaning agent applications.
ATTENTION
Waste water discharge solutions from Aquastorm™ systems may be regulated by
local, county, state, or federal agencies. Indiscriminate discharge is not
recommended. Refer to the chemical manufacturer MSDS for specific information
and contact a local governing agency for proper permits, discharge requirements,
and pre-treatment conditioning prior to operating the system.
