Lubricate CheckMate™ Turn Shaft Bearing Blocks
Introduction The CheckMate™ conveyor drive motor is located in the rear prewash section at
the entrance end of all Aquastorm™ systems.The CheckMate™ conveyor turn
shaft contains bearing blocks. Each bearing block contains grease fittings that
require quarterly maintenance.

location. Figure 6–27 shows the CheckMate™ conveyor turn shaft side view and
indicates the grease point.
