Description
Introduction In certain locations, heating water using natural gas represents a considerable
cost savings. To take advantage of this cost savings, Aquastorm™ systems can
be configured to use natural gas rather than electricity to heat system water.
This option is available for the wash module of all Aquastorm™ systems using one
(1) 180 Liter (50 gal.) capacity gas water heater. Aquastorm 200™ systems can
have one (1) additional 180 Liter (50 gal.) tank connected to the rinse module for
a total of two (2) gas water heaters.
ATTENTION
The natural gas heating option is NOT available as a field upgrade. The machine
must be returned to the factory for refurbishing to convert from the standard
electric water heating process to the optional natural gas heating connections.
Photograph Figure 12–1 displays one (1) of the gas water heaters, the exit plumbing and the
water pump and plumbing connecting the water heater to the wash module:
