Finish Installation
Introduction After installing a single or dual add-on dryer module and replacing the sound
enclosure and utility sink unit the field service representative must perform the
following tasks:
• Heat and seal polypropylene weldment around sound enclosure and utility
sink unit
• Install and connect CPVC drain plumbing extensions
• Install and connect stainless steel inlet plumbing extensions
• Install conveyor rail extenders
• Reinstall the exit end conveyor unit
• Replace front aluminum rail between access windows and front access doors
• Splice additional conveyor belt section into standard conveyor belt
• Reinstall and connect standard conveyor belt
• Splice additional conveyor belt section into optional CheckMate™ conveyor
belt
• Reinstall and connect optional CheckMate™ belt
Safety To ensure personal safety and avoid equipment damage observe the following:
ATTENTION
A factory trained field service representative must disconnect and remove the
sound enclosure and sink unit.
ATTENTION
Water may be present in the plumbing lines. Be sure to have shop towels
available to wipe up possible spills.
