Clean Mesh Basket

Procedure Use the following steps to remove and clean the mesh filter:
1. Grab the mesh basket handle and slide the basket up and out of the bag filter
cylinder through the top bulkhead of the Aquastorm™ system.
2. Take the mesh basket to a facility cleaning area where running water and an
approved drain with catch screen is available.
3. Turn the mesh basket upside down over the drain and run water through the
basket from the bottom to loosen any debris or residue.
4. Ensure mesh basket is clean and free of excess water.
5. Check mesh basket o-ring gasket for cuts, cracks, or breaks. Replace if nec-
essary.
6. Turn the mesh basket back right side up and reinsert it through the top bulk-
head of the Aquastorm™ system and into the bag filter cylinder.
7. Return to Step 5. in the procedure Remove/Replace Bag Filter on page 245.
